1. When will my pre-order ship?
Pre-orders ship early December. As soon as Santa drops them off at the warehouse (he insists on doing the first delivery himself), we process and send them out immediately.
2. Will my order arrive before Christmas?
Yes! All pre-orders shipped in early December arrive well before Christmas. If you order after pre-orders close, standard shipping times apply.
3. What age group is the book for?
Hot Chocolate Santa is perfect for families who love cozy Christmas stories by the fire
4. Is this a standalone story or part of a series?
This is Book 1 in the Hot Chocolate Santa world. More North Pole stories are already in the works.
5. Is an eBook or audiobook version available?
Not yet but YES, both eBook and audiobook versions are coming soon. Make sure you’re on our email list for early access.
6. Do you offer signed copies?
Limited signed copies may be released closer to launch. Hot Chocolate Santa is practicing his signature, so stay tuned.
7. Can I buy Hot Chocolate Santa in stores?
Right now, the book is available exclusively online through our official website. This guarantees early access and authentic copies.

9. Will there be Hot Chocolate Santa merchandise?
Yes! Merchandise is coming soon - plushies, mugs, posters, holiday bundles, and more.
10. Can I return or exchange my book?
Absolutely. If your book arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it right away. Just email us and we’ll take care of it.
11. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship across the United States. International shipping will open in a future phase.
12. How long does processing take?
Pre-orders: processed immediately once Santa drops them off (he’s fast).
Regular orders: typically 1–3 business days.
13. Is the book good for classrooms or church groups?
Yes! Hot Chocolate Santa works beautifully for classroom read-alouds and Christmas events.
14. Do you offer bulk discounts for groups?
We do! Email us for pricing on orders of 6 books or more.
